“First Love”, it is the theme of the film. Yes it is simple but the story is unexpectedly awesome. Something is really great about this movie which made it special from the others. The surprise that I felt when I was watching this movie is far better than many romantic films I ever seen. The actors were promising, the scenes were remarkable and the OSTs were great. You can prove that “first love never dies” through this lovely film. It is MUST-see movie and I’m sure everyone will love this film.

Plot
Based on true story of everyone… Crazy Little Thing Called Love is about a schoolgirl and her undying crush on the school's heartthrob jock, Chone, portrayed by Mario Maurer. The girl, named Nam, is at first an ugly duckling nerd with glasses, dark skin tone and bad fashion sense. She has a big crush on the most popular guy on school, Chone, who's very handsome, smart and generous. That makes girls in school going crazy about him, including Nam too. But she doesn't give up easily. She tried do everything to become beautiful and made her pretty good and outstanding in school. Over one summer, she ditches the spectacles and has her skin lightened. She is cast as Snow White in the school play and lands a spot as the leggy drum majorette leading the marching band. She sets hearts aflutter, but not, it seems the school's soccer star.

Crazy Little Thing Called Love is a great movie with a very simple storyline. But what made it special? Simple, the answer, it is simple. It is simple but remarkable. The story is very touching and romantic in a simple and adorable way. It will teach you that true love doesn’t look at the physical appearance but in the heart of a person. Is love blind? How can a very handsome guy fall for an ugly girl? The answer is No. it’s just that Chone doesn’t care on how Nam looks like, even if she’s not beautiful. He sees her inner beauty, a girl with an honest and kind heart; a girl who will do everything to be better, a girl who doesn’t know how to give up and a girl who always wear a smile on her face eventhough everything has been unfair to her. Now, who wouldn’t fall for a girl like her?
I was so touched by Chone’s sincerity. He loves Nam from the very start and it’s a big deal. But no matter what, it is our heart which decides who to love. We might not know the real reason why Chone chose Nam among other girls on school, but it teaches us to love a person for who they are not for what we want them to be.
All in all, Crazy Little Thing Called Love is a highly-recommended Thai movie. It is not your typical movie. I can guarantee you will love it a thousand or even a million times‼ ^^
