Love Rain to be aired on March 26, 2012 in KBS2!

Love Rain is the much-awaited korean drama this summer. it starred two of the most popular korean idols today - Asia's prince, Jang Geun Suk and Kpop Goddess, Yoona will portray the father-son and mother-daughter tandem respectively. It is a drama that deals with the essence of love beyond the generation, with pure love in 70s and trendy romance in the modern society. As i read the plot of the series, a korean movie came into my mind with almost the same story - The Classic which starred Son Ye Jin. i was surprised at first but i found it very interesting and wonder how will the story grow. Though i am not a big fan of melo-dramas, i come to like some, like Cinderella Sister, Winter Sonata, Autumn in my heart. I hope that Love Rain will exceed my expectations and enjoy watching till the end.

Love Rain is scheduled to air on March 26, 2012 in KBS2 and will replace Dream High 2. On the other hand, it will have a kdrama showdown with another SNSD member, Yuri in Fashion King. Love Rain and Fashion King will be broadcasted on the same date and time so a fierce face-off is expected to happen! Stay tuned!

Jeon Woo Chi 2009 Korean movie

Jeon Woo Chi (전우치; also known as Woochi and Jeon Woo Chi: The Taoist Wizard) is a 2009 fantasy action blockbuster. Writer-director Choi Dong-hun departs from his popular heist films Tazza: The High Rollers and The Big Swindle for this big-budget, special effects-filled action romp that was equally popular with the Korean audience, earning over six million admissions over the 2009 Christmas period. Based on a Korean folktale, it stars Kang Dong-won in the title role

"Woochi" begins in the Chosun Dynasty in 1509 and involves a trio of Taoist wizards, a magician named Jeon Woo Chi (Gang Dong-Won) and his dog turned man, a corrupt king, evil goblins, and a prophetic pipe everyone is after. Eventually Jeon Woo Chi becomes sealed inside an ancient scroll for a crime he did not commit.

Jumping ahead to the year 2009, the wizards are called out of peaceful retirement as goblins start appearing in modern Korea to wreak havoc all around. The trio call on Jeon Woo Chi, who is released from his ancient scroll entrapment, in to save the day. Problem is Jeon Woo Chi, a kind of anti-superhero, becomes more interested in sight-seeing and womanizing in modern day Korea.

YES! i finished the show last month and decided to post it here for those who havent seen the film.. and guess what, i watched it again and again and never get tired of it! the movie is so fun, full of humor and intense action.. im sure you'll gonna love this movie! and according to my research, the film was really a big hit in korea and it was also shown in theaters in America and Europe! Plus, because of its undeniable success, the production company of Jeon Woo Chi decided to make drama version of the film! YAY! so happy to hear that! i hope the main actor will still be Kang Dong Won! 

guys, if you havent seen the movie, Jeon Woo Chi, better watch it now!! ITS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! <3
